My notes from last nights meeting

Satan knows nothing could hurt God more than
So the question is... if God loves us so much why is there so much pain and hurt in the world today? Does God really care about me?

Oh how I wish everyone could have been here tonight to hear this beautiful and uplifting lesson! (Not to mention it follow a beautiful song by a young lady here that gave me chills) here is the overview...

Ezekiel 28:15-17 15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. 16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. 17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.

Satan created his own sinful ways... he was created perfect but desired to be as powerful as God...  Isaiah 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

God has created us with same ability to choose weather or not to worship Him. However we need to be vigilant to stand strong against the devil. And we have help and hope in God...

Hebrews 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
